# Community Guidelines - Football Play Card
Football Play Card is where coaches, players and families run their teams, and many of our players are minors. These guidelines apply to everything you post or stream: chat messages, comments, photos, video, live streams, recordings, plays and profiles. They are part of our [Terms of Service](https://footballplaycard.com/terms-of-service?hsLang=en). We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
### Be the teammate you'd want
Keep it about the team. Disagree with respect. Coaches set the tone, and everyone follows it.
### Not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or insults about anyone's race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or body.
- Sexual content of any kind, and any content that sexualizes a minor.
- Violence outside the normal play of the sport, graphic injury, encouraging self-harm, threats involving weapons, illegal drugs.
- Anyone's personal information without permission: home address, school, phone number, email.
- Spam, or advertising or asking for money for anything unrelated to the team.
- Impersonation, or lying about your relationship to a player.
- Content you do not have the right to share.
### Protecting minors
- Adults talk with minors only in team channels other adults can see, and only about team matters.
- Never ask a minor to move a conversation to a private message, text, call or another app, or to keep a conversation secret.
- Never ask a minor for photos, or give a minor gifts or money outside team activities.
- Coaches follow their league's, school's and governing body's policies, including the U.S. Center for SafeSport's where they apply.
### Video, live streaming and recordings
- Get the consents your league, school and venue require, including a parent's consent for any minor shown.
- Don't stream or post anyone who has lawfully objected, and use Mute during huddles and private conversations.
- Never record or stream in locker rooms, restrooms or changing areas, or during medical treatment.
- Recordings stay with the team: do not download, screen-record or share them outside it.
- Normal football contact in game and practice video is fine. Don't post close-ups of injuries or medical care.
### Schedules and locations
Keep game and practice locations, schedules and rosters inside the team. Do not post them publicly or forward invitations.
### Reporting
- Report a message or a user by emailing safety@footballplaycard.com with the team, the user and what happened, or tell your team's coach.
- If you appear in a team's video but don't use Football Play Card, email the same address.
- To ask us to remove an intimate image or video shared without consent, email safety@footballplaycard.com; "Removal request" in the subject gets it to us fastest. We remove it within 48 hours of a valid request (Terms Section 6.3).
- Coaches can delete any message in their team's chat and remove members from the team.
- **Emergencies: call 911 or your local emergency number.** If someone may hurt themselves, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Suspected child sexual exploitation: report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at CyberTipline.org or 1-800-843-5678, and to us.
### What we do
We review reports promptly and handle the most serious first: threats, risks to a child's safety and sexual content involving a minor get immediate attention. Depending on what happened, we remove content, warn, suspend or permanently remove accounts, tell the team's coach or league, and report to law enforcement. We don't tell the person reported who reported them, unless the law requires it. We report apparent child sexual exploitation to NCMEC as federal law requires.
### Appeals
If we removed your content or account and you think we got it wrong, email safety@footballplaycard.com within 30 days.
