Return Policy - Football Play Card

This policy covers physical products purchased from Football Play Card, which today means play wristbands, also called wrist coaches. Subscriptions and digital content are covered separately, see section 10.

1. Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or an exchange.

2. What can be returned

Wristbands must be unused and in their original condition. Wristbands that have been worn, written on, or fitted with printed inserts cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective or we sent the wrong size. Section 5 covers those.

3. How to start a return or exchange

Email support@footballplaycard.com with the email address on your order and what you would like to return or swap. We will reply with instructions and the address to send it to. Please wait for those instructions before shipping anything back, because a package that arrives without them is difficult to match to an order and slows everything down.

4. Return shipping

You pay return shipping on a standard return and on a size exchange. We suggest a tracked service, because we can only refund or swap items that reach us.

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your wristbands arrive damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong size, that is on us. Email support@footballplaycard.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund including the original shipping charge. You do not pay return shipping in that case.

6. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we will exchange it for the size you need. Email support@footballplaycard.com within 30 days of delivery and we will reply with return instructions. The wristbands must be unused and in their original condition. You pay the postage to send the original wristbands back, and we cover the shipping on the replacements. Youth, Teen, and Adult wristbands are all the same price, so a size exchange costs you nothing beyond that return postage. If we were the ones who sent the wrong size, section 5 applies instead and you pay nothing at all.

7. Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we confirm its condition, we refund the price of the returned items to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. The original shipping charge is not refunded on a standard return.

8. Restocking fees

There are none. We do not charge a restocking fee on a return or an exchange.

9. Order cancellations

If your order has not shipped yet, email support@footballplaycard.com and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.

10. Subscriptions and digital content

This policy covers physical products only. Football Play Card subscriptions, playbooks, and other digital content are governed by our Terms of Service.
